Workshop servicing and repair

We understand that having an engineer travel for miles just to carry out a small repair or service to your bench top Komax Kappa or Kodera machine is sometimes not practical...

 

That’s why we offer a solution -  Workshop servicing.

 

You send the machine to us  - we repair or service it and send it back -  Simple !!

 

How it works - You call us to book in your machine stating the nature of any fault etc.. We then ship to you via our carrier a packing crate for the machine to be shipped back to us in. Put the machine in the crate with the supplied packing materials, fasten it up and call us to arrange collection. Once the work is complete, you receive the machine back and remove it from the crate, handing the crate back to the carrier for return to us.

 

Of course this service isn't limited to just Kappa and Kodera machines, but these seem to be the most popular for workshop service. We can also cope with crimping presses (single and 3PH), jacket strippers and most other bench top wire processing machines.
