After providing first class customer support for leading equipment manufacturer - Artos Engineering. Production Technology has been recognised as an independent service and customer support supplier for all Artos products for the UK.

This was agreed with the European and World Wide sales representatives for Artos, who are realising their product's service is dependent upon flexibility, product knowledge and dedication to the customer.

Production Technology announces exhibition presence -

For the first time in the company's history Production technology will be exhibiting at the UK premier electronics show - NEPCON 2006. With Customer support for, Komax, Contact Systems, Schleuniger and Artos, plus many other key manufacturers, customer support is the focal point of Production Technology's three day event in may. Circuitmaster designs will be demonstrating their crimp force analyser systems and a sample of SMT and wire processing second user equipment will be on display.  

MD Mr. Andrew Sankey says, " these are very exciting times for our company, lets hope there is a strong customer presence a Nepcon and that all exhibitors benefit from the show returning to its original Birmingham location".

Production Technology -  Dependable service and support

Production Technology Ltd would like to reassure all users of products sold to them by Contax Ltd that they will still be able to receive service and support from Production Technology, in light of the decision by Contax Ltd to call in administrators in August 2009.

We have put in place a system to deal with customers who had service agreements with Contax and have found themselves without support, and in some cases we are honouring these contracts and providing emergency backup to equipment users all over the country.

We have also contacted Contax’s suppliers and negotiations are taking place for a “customer focussed solution”. One thing that has been made clear is that service, support, and spare parts supply will continue “no matter what”.
