"Pro-Tec" or as we are now known "Production Technology Limited" was founded in 1998. The company's original focus was to provide maintenance services for users of electronic production equipment throughout the UK. Now almost 10 years later we provide these same services together with second user equipment sales, new machine sales and equipment for rental, both within the UK and internationally.

Wire and cable preparation
Service and support for all makes of wire processing equipment is provided by us.

Everything from small bench top cut/strip machines to the very complex harness making machines with IDC, Wire Sequencing, and Block loading. Our level of experience is vast when it comes to the wiring product range, for both application evaluation and machine technical knowledge.

Ancillary equipment is also covered providing a complete customer service solution. This includes ; Crimp force analysers, Crimping Presses, Wire Marking Systems, De-Reelers and much more.

Bench crimping presses, stripper crimping machines, and fully automated machine crimping systems. However small or large your equipment inventory is we are happy to include this within our product scope.

PCB Assembly
Whether you have Contact SMT or Through hole equipment, Production Technology Ltd can provide first class on-site customer support.

Your machine program's can be created by us either on-site or at our office, saving you valuable time and being rest assured that the efficiency of your equipment is kept at a maximum. Send us your PCB data and we will return to you a suitable program for the equipment you have.

All SMT feeders require servicing, and Contact feeders are no exception. We recommend that these feeders are serviced every 150K components delivered. Therefore maintaining the SMT machine's effeciency.
